Cloxacillin is used for Bacterial infections of ear, Bacterial infections of skin, The treatment of beta-hemolytic streptococcal infections, The treatment of pneumococcal infections, The treatment of staphylococcal infections and other conditions. This salt may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Cloxacillin is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
· Bacterial infections of ear
· Bacterial infections of skin
· The treatment of beta-hemolytic streptococcal infections
· The treatment of pneumococcal infections
· The treatment of staphylococcal infections
· Cloxacillin may also be used for purposes not listed here.
Cloxacillin improves the patient's condition by performing the following functions:
· Inhibiting the formation of bacterial cell wall.
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur in medicines that contain Cloxacillin. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. · Gastrointestinal discomfort

· Diarrhea

Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert.
